Agung Muhamad Galih

Agung is an Associate focusing on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, regulatory matters, and intellectual property. He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, business structuring, commercial arrangements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters.

His experience includes assisting clients in acquisition transactions, including transactions in the industrial estate sector, joint ventures, share acquisitions and transfers, corporate restructuring, and foreign investment matters. He is also involved in conducting legal due diligence, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, and drafting and reviewing transaction and commercial documents.

Agung also advises clients on intellectual property matters, including trademark protection, licensing arrangements, intellectual property transactions, and the acquisition and transfer of intellectual property rights. In addition, he regularly assists clients in navigating Indonesian business licensing and regulatory requirements, including sector-specific licensing and corporate compliance matters across various industries.

 He has experience working on matters involving clients in sectors such as natural resources, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, and other commercial industries. His practice also includes supporting contentious matters and arbitration proceedings, particularly in connection with legal research, document review, case preparation, and hearing-related matters.

Agung obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, graduating cum laude. His professional interests include corporate transactions, cross-border investment, intellectual property, and regulatory developments affecting businesses and investors in Indonesia.
