Dr. Andrew Sutedja

S.H., LL.M., MCIArb

Andrew Sutedja is the Managing Partner of Sutedja & Sianturi in association with Gurbani & Co LLC. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, shipping, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and has been actively involved in handling various prominent cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in London, where he was involved in Political Affairs, Trade and Investment, Education and Socio-Culture, and assisted the Ambassador on various matters. He also served as an expert staff member to a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR-RI) Commission III, focusing on legal affairs, human rights, and security.

 Andrew holds a Doctor of Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom., is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and an Accredited Mediator to the National Mediation Centre (PMN). He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, and serves as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Hong Kong.
