Dwiki Kristantio

Dwiki is a licensed Indonesian advocate with substantial experience in end-to-end litigation, dispute resolution, and general corporate legal advisory. His professional practice covers the full spectrum of dispute handling, including legal analysis, case strategy development, courtroom advocacy, and post-litigation execution, as well as ongoing corporate advisory services for business entities.

Dwiki began his legal career as an intern at a prominent law firm in Jakarta, where he gained foundational exposure to litigation practice and corporate legal work. He subsequently joined a well-established company in Jakarta as an in-house legal counsel, where he was responsible for managing complex corporate legal matters, providing day-to-day legal advisory, and supporting the company’s strategic and operational legal needs.

 Prior to his current engagement, Dwiki served as a Senior Associate at a litigation boutique law firm based in Tanjung Pinang and Batam, Kepulauan Riau. In this role, he specialized in handling complex civil and commercial disputes, land and property litigation, criminal proceedings, and comprehensive legal risk mitigation for corporate clients across various industries. His experience in both law firm and in-house settings allows him to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions grounded in strong litigation capability. As a Partner at Sutedja & Sianturi, Dwiki is involved in advising clients on complex disputes and corporate legal matters, while contributing to the firm’s strategic development and client-focused legal services. Dwiki obtained his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from Parahyangan Catholic University and is a registered advocate licensed by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia, PERADI).
