Jessica Syifa Iskandar

Jessica is a Trainee Associate at Sutedja & Sianturi, supporting the firm’s Associates and Partners in advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her work includes conducting legal research and analysis, preparing legal memoranda and legal documents, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, and assisting with regulatory and compliance matters.

She also supports matters involving Corporate & Commercial, Labor & Employment, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Foreign Direct Investment, Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Business Licensing & Regulatory, Commercial Contracts, Projects & Infrastructure, and Arbitration & Dispute Resolution. Through her involvement in transactional and contentious matters, Jessica assists the team in developing legal analysis and strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
